We ship our orders worldwide from the UK. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that you may be subject to additional charges, such as duties, tariffs, or taxes, depending on the declared value of your order.
These fees are imposed by your country’s government on imported goods, and unfortunately, we are unable to control or waive them.
EU Customs Duties for EU Orders
As our orders are shipped from the UK, deliveries to customers in the European Union are subject to EU customs and import rules.
New EU customs rules apply to parcels valued at €150 or less.
Under the new rules, these parcels are no longer exempt from customs duty. A temporary flat customs duty of €3 now applies per different item contained in the parcel.
For example, if a parcel contains two different products, the customs duty may be €6. If it contains three different products, it may be €9.
The €3 customs duty is separate from VAT. Import VAT has applied to EU imports since 2021, and this remains unchanged. Customers may therefore be required to pay customs duty in addition to any applicable VAT.
Orders valued above €150 remain subject to the normal customs duty rules, as they were before.
If you do not wish to pay the additional charges imposed by your government, we will only refund your item costs if the order is returned to us. Some customs agencies impose a fee to return items to their origin; we will also subtract this from any refund paid out. If the cost to return is too high, we may choose to have the package destroyed. If this occurs you will not be refunded for any part of your order.
